Puzzles of life

Sometimes in life I seem to be left scratching my head.
Without going into stupid details, the latest guy friend I had has left me wondering why I bother at all with a relationship. We dated for a few months, he disappeared when I made mention that I was ready to move on to the next level.
Fast forward several months he show’s up again, It didn’t last as long that time as I went with my eyes more open and realized that he to be seeing someone else at the same time. So when he quit calling I was ok this time....didnt cry, thank GOD.....
So now fast forward to early December of 08, which has been about a year and 7 or 8 months give or take….
He emails me and wants to go to lunch…Yea I know, I'm a colossal idiot.
We have a nice friendly lunch, but I'm pretty wierded out by it. But it’s all good and I don’t hear from him.......for a couple of weeks. Then one sleepy Sunday morning my phone rings, its him? NO it’s his live in girlfriend! Oh yea!
And then things turn strangely strange!
Several emails all initiated by him as he proceeds to tell me that he and she are both getting strange emails….do I know anything about it? Hell NO! I wrote you off when your girlfriend called me dude!
Tonight he calls, say’s someone has hacked into his email and sent them all to his girlfriend. That the emails show he has been a bad boy with websites he has visited and women he has been corresponding with and he just wants me to know there is nothing between us.
Really dude?
All I keep thinking is how the hell did I get sucked into that high school drama bull?

And really? eww..... we're both closer to 50 than 40, and what kind of games are these two playing?
Scratching my head................

  1. I guess games are the way our heads work things out. However, if you don't like the game, you can always quit.

And what's wrong with 50? I am 60, and I still have to climb things to get good photos. Don't let age get you down. You are as young as you feel (and act).

And remember, there is no tomorrow. There is only now. Everything we do today is our tomorrow.

Good luck, and hang in there!
